Mrs. Kaplan is a teacher who is loved by peers and students alike, has the ability to make meaningful, lasting connections with students and who has always served as a leader both of students and staff.  Mrs. Kaplan not only excels at teaching, but she also does so much more, including starting and coaching the Middle School Track Team, creating the Math Team, planning and organizing overnight field trips and charity drives and running the makeup crew for the middle school plays.  She’s a mentor to new teachers and an inspiration to her colleagues.
